Why isn’t my JDG device recognized after updating to iOS 26.4?

The JDG series has been discontinued for several years and supports iOS versions up to 26.3 only.

Devices running iOS 26.4 or later are not compatible.

We recommend using the device with an earlier iOS version for proper functionality.
