Job Description

The Role:
The Account Manager for Channel Team is responsible for new business development within an assigned territory and expanding existing accounts to achieve maximum profitable sales volume.

Principle Accountability/Duties:
1. Target prospective customers and strengthen existing business relationships, build strategic alliances with key customers.
2. Responsible for the management and coordination of key retail, DMR and distribution partners.
3. Manage and optimize MDF to drive ROI.
4. Manage and monitor all marketing activities including marketing content creation, merchandising, product setup information, product pricing position
5. Analyze and evaluate promotion effectiveness on sell through and profitability.
6. Work cross functionally with marketing, technical support and other departments to provide customer service, including customized products, supply chain/logistics, service support, and reverse logistics (RMA).
7. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Transcend’s product portfolio and competitive posture of the company; keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and price trends.
8. Participate in industry trade shows.
9. Manage P&L (profit & loss) and key financial metrics (AR).
10. 20% travel required to existing and potential customers with on-site client visits.

Bachelor or Masters degree from an accredited university.

Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Sales Assistant for our General Manager. The Sales Assistant will be mainly assisting the manager in his daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily inventory allocation reports
2. Use allocation tools to ensure supply is made available to support forecasted sales
3. Prepare the quarterly and annual sales reports in addition to other miscellaneous reports needed by management
4. Work closely with TPE headquarters to ensure timely and accurate receiving of special shipments and regular allocations for replenishment
5. Answer email queries from customers and process sales leads and assure they are directed to the right member
6. Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and account managers
7. Coordinate daily with other departments in order to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
8. Assist other branch offices in processing sales orders and RMAs
9. Any other assigned miscellaneous tasks by management

Principle Accountability/Duties:
1. Target prospective customers and strengthen existing business relationships, build strategic alliances with key customers.
2. Function as a consultative salesperson; accurately convey the organizations products and services to prospective clients as strategic solutions to improve their business operations while increasing sales.
3. Analyze and understand customer’s business strategy, future product plans and expansion activities and strategically align Transcend product road-map where mutually beneficial.
4. Work cross functionally with marketing, technical support and other departments to provide customer service, including BOM development, customization of exclusive products, supply chain/logistics, service support, and reverse logistics (RMA).
5. Have firm understanding of Transcend’s product portfolio and the competitive posture of the company, keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and price trend.
6. Participate in industry trade shows.
7. Manage P&L (profit & loss) and key financial metrics (AR).
